Questions

Do I need a particular camera?: No. Kiuboid takes equirectangular 360° images, which is what 360 cameras and stitched panoramas produce. If your camera exports a standard panorama, it works.
Can someone view a tour without an account?: Yes. A published tour opens in a browser with no sign-in and no app — that is the whole point of publishing it.
How does billing work?: Paid plans are charged in advance in US dollars, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Annual billing is 20% cheaper per month.
How do I cancel?: From the billing screen in the app, at any time. Your plan keeps working until the period you have already paid for ends.
Can I get a refund?: Yes — we refund the first payment of a subscription in full if you ask within 30 days. Email support, tell us what went wrong, and we decide within 5 to 7 business days. We also refund duplicate or mistaken charges at any time. The Refund Policy has the details.
What about tax?: Any tax due is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?: Nothing you have already made is taken away. Tours stay published and files stay stored; the limit only stops you adding more until you are back within it or move up a plan.
