Copyright & DMCA

Kiuboid hosts material uploaded by its users. If you believe something published here infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act on it.

Sending a notice

Email support@kiuboid.comwith the subject line “Copyright notice” and include all of the following. We need every item to be able to act:

  • Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
  • The link to the tour or image on Kiuboid that you are complaining about.
  • Your name, postal address and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

We review the notice and, where it is complete and appears valid, we unpublish or remove the material and tell the person who uploaded it, passing on a copy of your notice.

If you think we got it wrong

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you are authorised to use it, send a counter-notice to the same address with the material identified, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your signature. We will pass it to the person who complained. Unless they tell us they have started legal proceedings, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringement

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others’ copyright.

Please do not misuse this

Deliberately false claims of infringement carry legal consequences. If your complaint is really a privacy concern rather than a copyright one, the Acceptable Use Policy is the right route and we act on those too.
