Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with Kiuboid, tell us within 30 days of your first payment on a subscription and we will refund it in full. Tell us what went wrong when you ask — a sentence is enough, and it is the only thing we need from you. We are not looking for a reason to say no; we read every one of these because it is how we find out what to fix. The cases we cover, and the ones we do not, are set out below.

Before you pay at all, the Starter plan is free and has no time limit. We would rather you found out on Starter that Kiuboid is not for you than pay for a month to discover it.

When we refund

We refund in any of these cases:

  • You asked within the 30 days and the account has not breached the Terms of Use or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Something on our side was broken — a fault in Kiuboid that stopped you using what you paid for and that we could not fix in reasonable time.
  • You were charged by mistake — a duplicate charge, or a payment you did not intend to make. We refund these whenever they happen, not only inside the 30 days.

How to ask

Email support@kiuboid.com from the address on the account, and say why you want the refund. We reply within 2 business days and decide within 5 to 7 business days of your request. If we need anything else from you to reach a decision, we will have asked for it in that first reply.

What happens next

Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record, so it processes the refund and it is the name you will see on the credit. Once approved, the money is returned to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten business days, which is their timing rather than ours.

Your workspace moves back to the Starter plan. Nothing you have made is deleted, and the Starter limits apply only to adding more — see the Terms of Use.

What the guarantee does not cover

  • Renewals after the first payment of a subscription.
  • Part-used periods after the 30 days have passed.
  • Accounts we have closed for breaching the Terms of Use or the Acceptable Use Policy.

You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and your plan continues until the period you have paid for ends. If a renewal caught you by surprise, write to us anyway — we would rather sort it out than have you charged for something you did not want.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before asking your bank to reverse a payment. A refund we issue directly is faster for you than a chargeback, and it keeps your account open.
