Effective 27 July 2026
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Terms of Use. It applies to everything you upload, publish or do with Kiuboid.
Content you may not publish
- Anything unlawful, or that promotes or facilitates unlawful activity.
- Sexual content involving minors. We report this to the relevant authorities and close the account immediately.
- Imagery that intrudes on someone’s privacy. Kiuboid captures whole rooms in a single frame. Do not publish the inside of a home, a workplace or any private space without the permission of whoever controls it, and take care that people who happen to be present are not identifiable without their agreement.
- Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trade mark or other rights.
- Content that harasses, threatens or defames a person, or incites violence against anyone.
- Malware, phishing pages, or hotspot links that lead to either.
Things you may not do
- Work around plan limits, for example by spreading one organisation across free accounts.
- Resell Kiuboid, or present it as your own product.
- Scrape the service, or automate it in a way that degrades it for other people.
- Probe or interfere with our infrastructure, or attempt to reach data that is not yours.
- Use Kiuboid mainly as file storage or a delivery network for unrelated media.
What happens if this policy is broken
Depending on what has happened we may unpublish a tour, ask you to fix the problem, suspend the account, or close it. Where we can, we will tell you what the issue is and give you a chance to put it right first. Where the law or someone’s safety requires us to act immediately, we will.
Reporting something
Report content that breaches this policy to support@kiuboid.com. Include the link to the tour and what the problem is. We respond within 2 business days. For copyright specifically, use the copyright process, which needs particular information to act on.
