Questions

Do I need a particular camera?
No. Kiuboid takes equirectangular 360° images, which is what 360 cameras and stitched panoramas produce. If your camera exports a standard panorama, it works.
Can someone view a tour without an account?
Yes. A published tour opens in a browser with no sign-in and no app — that is the whole point of publishing it.
Who charges me, and what appears on my statement?
Our order process is conducted by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles the payment, and its name is what appears on your card or bank statement.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are charged in advance in US dollars, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Annual billing is 20% cheaper per month.
How do I cancel?
From the billing screen in the app, one click opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, where you can cancel. Your plan keeps working until the period you have already paid for ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — we refund the first payment of a subscription in full if you ask within 30 days. Email support, tell us what went wrong, and we decide within 5 to 7 business days. We also refund duplicate or mistaken charges at any time. The Refund Policy has the details.
What about tax?
Lemon Squeezy handles tax as merchant of record. Any tax due is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?
Nothing you have already made is taken away. Tours stay published and files stay stored; the limit only stops you adding more until you are back within it or move up a plan.
